CW BANCORP Quarterly Cash Dividend
IRVINE, Calif., August 29, 2024--CW BANCORP (OTCQX: CWBK), the parent company of CommerceWest Bank, announced the approval of a quarterly cash dividend by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per common share, payable October 1, 2024 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2024.
