The company is also involved in the engineering, procurement, and construction, as well as operation, maintenance, and asset management of power plants. It has a total of 4.2 GW in operation and under construction. The company was formerly known as Scatec Solar ASA and changed its name to Scatec ASA in November 2020. Scatec ASA was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
