VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 15, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. (CSE: NVLH; OTCQB: NVLHF; FSE: 87K) (“Nevada Lithium” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has granted a total of 250,000 stock options (“Options”) to purchase common shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”) to a director, pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Such Options are exercisable into Shares at an exercise price of C$0.20 per Share until November 6, 2028.

The Options shall vest in accordance with the following schedule: (i) 33% shall vest and be exercisable upon issuance; (ii) 33% shall vest and be exercisable on or after November 6, 2024; and (iii) 34% will vest and be exercisable on or after November 6, 2025.
