TORONTO, August 07, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust ("Primaris" or the "Trust") (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07 per unit for the month of August 2024, representing $0.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on September 16, 2024 to unitholders of record on August 30, 2024.
