Tritium DCFC (DCFCQ) has released an update.

Tritium DCFC, now A.C.N. 650 026 314 Limited, has completed the sale of its assets and is proceeding with liquidation, leaving its securities worthless. The company underwent voluntary administration and receivership, culminating in the winding up of its business operations. Investors in the financial markets should note that Tritium’s shares and warrants will cease to exist following this process.
