Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. It will generally invest in equity securities of domestic companies, but may also invest in equity securities of foreign companies and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). The fund seeks to buy and hold securities for the long term and seeks to keep portfolio turnover to a minimum. It is non-diversified.

Management Information

Jonathan joined Frost Investment Advisors, LLC, in February 2017 as a Senior Equity Research Analyst. Jonathan brings over 22 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the Adviser, Jonathan was a Senior Equity Analyst at Hirzel Capital Management, LLC, a $1.3 billion investment fund based in Dallas. Prior to Hirzel, Jonathan co-founded McKay Capital Management, LLC, which managed a long-short equity fund for individual investors and institutions. Previously, Jonathan was an analyst at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from Brigham Young University. He is a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA?) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He also is a CPA from the state of California (inactive status).
