For purposes of the fund, a small capitalization company has a market capitalization at the time of purchase within the range represented in the Russell 2000 ? Value Index at the time of purchase. The market capitalization range of the Russell 2000 ? Value Index will change with market conditions. The fund will hold approximately 80 to 115 securities.

R. Todd Vingers, Lead Manager since July 01, 2016
Todd Vingers is the President of Leeward Investments, and also serves as head of the investment team and Portfolio Manager on the team’s investment strategies. Mr. Vingers previously spent 19 years at LMCG Investments, LLC, establishing the Value team there in 2002. He has served as the Lead Portfolio Manager on Small Cap Value since 2002 and co-Portfolio Manager on Mid Cap Value since 2014. Prior to LMCG, Mr. Vingers served as a Vice President and senior portfolio manager for American Century Investments and a valuation analyst for the Hawthorne Company. He holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Vingers is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
