Disney (DIS) has announced that it will name CEO Bob Iger's replacement in 2026. The company also tapped former Morgan Stanley (MS) CEO James Gorman to replace Nike (NKE) executive chairman Mark Parker as the company's next chairman starting in January 2025. Also, having led Disney's succession planning committee, Gorman will step down from his executive chairman role at Morgan Stanley.
