In this year’s survey, Alcon achieved second place in the ‘Health Care Equipment & Services’ industry category compared to third place in 2023. This accolade comes from a comprehensive survey conducted by The Straits Times, a leading daily newspaper in Singapore. The ‘Best Employers’ study evaluates companies through a large-scale survey in which associates participate anonymously. The survey includes questions about the willingness to recommend their own company to friends or family (‘direct recommendation’) and the willingness to recommend other companies within the same industry (‘indirect recommendation’). Scores range from 0 to 10, with greater weight given to indirect recommendation scores.

Alcon Singapore, which received high scores in this year’s ‘Best Employers in Singapore’ evaluation, believes that its purpose of helping people See Brilliantly is best activated when people can be their true, authentic selves.
