Wendy has 15 years of public company experience leading business-aligned strategic initiatives in DEI, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), organization effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning and analysis, and leadership/executive development. She leads all aspects of DEI and learning and development, including leadership development and community engagement across Asbury.
