Option Grants

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has granted 70,000 options (the “Options”) to employees and members of the board of directors, to purchase 70,000 Shares pursuant to the Company’s share option plan. The Options are exercisable at an exercise price of $1.65 per Share for a period of five (5) years from the date of grant.
