The lawsuit accuses CrowdStrike of gross negligence, and Delta claims that the outage reduced revenue by $380 million. The airline is seeking damages to cover its losses, along with litigation costs and punitive damages.

Meanwhile, CrowdStrike is fighting back, claiming that Delta should have been able to scale back its operations in a more timely manner.
