Disney's (DIS) succession committee — which seeks to find a suitable replacement for CEO Bob Iger, who is set to step down in 2026 — has appointed board member and former Morgan Stanley (MS) CEO James Gorman to lead the chief executive search. Gorman, still the executive chairman at Morgan Stanley, has previously led a similar hunt for his own successor.
