Ryanair Holdings (RYAAY) has released an update.

Ryanair Holdings PLC has notified the Central Bank of Ireland about a change in major holdings, with Bank of America Corporation crossing the 4% threshold of voting rights through an acquisition of financial instruments. This change occurred on October 1, 2024, and the company was notified two days later. The total number of voting rights now held is 4.115%, combining direct and indirect voting rights attached to shares and financial instruments.
