Number of Directors and Election of Directors
The number of directors is set at five, with the following director nominees being elected:

Martin Scase
Kyle Hookey
Warner Uhl
Andrew Leslie
Appointment of Auditor
The appointment of DeVisser Gray LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants as Auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and authorizing the Directors to fix their remuneration was approved.
Stock Option Plan
The existing stock option plan as set out in the management information circular dated September 2, 2024 was approved.
Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan
The proposed new omnibus equity incentive plan of the Company as set out in the management information circular dated September 2, 2024 was approved, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
