The adviser applies an option overlay strategy to the fund's equity investments. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in domestic and foreign securities of companies and ETFs that are engaged in the fund's investment theme. It is non-diversified.
